Move It is developing a technology platform intended to simplify goods transportation and logistics services across India.

The Platform is currently in its pre-launch phase. Commercial services, bookings, deliveries, driver onboarding, payments, and other operational features may not yet be available.

Information displayed on the Platform is subject to change as we continue to develop and improve our services.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete information where required.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of your account information.
• All activities that occur under your account.

Move It reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

The Platform is currently under active development. As a result:

• Features may change without notice.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable.
• Functionality may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
• Information presented on the Platform may be updated periodically.

Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee that any feature or service will be available at launch.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform except where permitted by law.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without our prior written consent.

All content available on the Platform — including software, source code, designs, logos, branding, graphics, text, user interfaces, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to PRACHU CARRIERS PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers, including mapping services, cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and payment providers.

Move It is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During the pre-launch period, we do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of information, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRACHU CARRIERS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, including where:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Use of the Platform may harm other users or the Platform itself.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Move It may update, modify, discontinue, or replace any part of the Platform without prior notice.

We are under no obligation to maintain any specific feature or functionality during the pre-launch period.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
